Our Design Department team includes registered architects and other designers who can help you with your design and installation issues over the phone with same-day solutions to most requests. The first order of business, however, is helping with some basic decisions.

"The key variable is what the client wants from his or her Endless Pool," says Emy Starankovic, RA, a longtime member of our Design team. "A 20-foot-by-20-foot space will enclose the basic unit, but, for example, is it to be a focus of family activity, or is solitude a design objective? Options like depth and width are also established during this process."

The Customer Service team includes designers and architects who can expedite installation by helping you interact with other architects, contractors and building team members.

"What makes things different at Endless Pools are the nature of the product and the aspirations of the clientele," says Customer Service Manager Darren Pearse. "The product arrives unassembled, and the process requires guidance. Our customers bring their own insights to that process, so it's truly interactive and usually much more of an ongoing relationship than your typical buyer-seller situation."
