Facts About Indoor Humidity for your Indoor Pool

With a cover properly used, very little humidity can escape from an Endless Pool. Also, no chemical scent can be detected, thanks to our copper/silver water purification system.

The standard floating blanket included with your Endless Pool controls about 98% of the humidity when the pool is covered. You can prevent 100% of the humidity from escaping by selecting our optional retractable security cover.

Humidity becomes more of an issue when the blanket or cover is removed and the pool is in use. If the pool is uncovered less than one hour a day, moisture generally can be controlled by a simple room dehumidifier, or a window vent fan, available in many department stores.

Many customers ask if they need to install a commercial-grade dehumidification system. Our experience is that a simple room dehumidifier is sufficient. The only time our Endless Pool owners need a commercial-grade dehumidifier is when the pool will be uncovered for many hours a day, normally in a commercial facility like a physical therapy clinic.
