WARM WATER EXERCISE is an excellent way to build strength, ease joint stiffness and relax sore muscles. Aqua Aerobics reduces pain and improves endurance, coordination, and the ability to perform daily tasks. The use of heat is recommended for many people with arthritis and other conditions. In our pools, water temperatures from 28 - 32 degrees celsius are usually comfortable for all forms of aqua aerobics.
